Wholesale Only
Kara Distribution sells exclusively to businesses. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for resale or commercial use.

Minimum Order
All orders must meet the $500 minimum. Orders below this threshold will not be processed.

Payment Terms
Orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards.
We do not currently offer credit terms.

Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. In the event of backorders or unavailable items, you will be notified and alternatives may be offered.

Pricing
Prices may change without notice. Prices displayed at checkout are final.

Order Changes / Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement.
After that, orders may already be packed or routed and cannot be changed.


Refund & Replacement Policy

Perishable Items
Many of our products are perishable (snacks, drinks, dairy, frozen items).
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of perishable goods.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours with photos.
We will offer one of the following:

-Replacement on your next delivery

-Store credit

-Refund for the affected items

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns of:

-Food items (all categories)

-Temperature-controlled items

-Opened or partially used products

-Items not purchased directly from Kara Distribution

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Order Refusal
If an order is refused at delivery for reasons unrelated to product quality, a re-delivery or restocking fee may apply.
