Delivery & Minimums

 

Delivery Service Area
Kara Distribution provides wholesale delivery to small retail and food-service businesses across Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Delivery availability may vary based on customer location and order volume.

Minimum Order Requirement
Our minimum order is $500 per delivery. Mixed cases are allowed — you can combine snacks, drinks, frozen items, deli products, and grab-and-go foods to reach the minimum.

Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made Monday–Saturday (closed on Sundays).
Delivery windows may vary depending on route and order timing. Orders placed after cutoff time will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

Delivery Fees
Delivery is free for all orders meeting the $500 minimum.

Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be processed for the next available delivery day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM may move to the following delivery day.

Delivery Procedure

- Products are delivered directly to the customer’s business address.

- Someone must be available to receive and sign for the order.

- If no one is available, re-delivery may require an additional scheduling.

Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
If the delivery address is incorrect or the business is closed during the delivery attempt, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Order Accuracy & Shortages
Please inspect all products at the time of delivery.
Any shortages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing: support@karadistribution.com.

Frozen & Refrigerated Items
Products requiring temperature control must be accepted upon delivery. Kara Distribution is not responsible for spoilage if the order is left unattended or not received during the scheduled window.

Pickup Orders

Pickup is available by appointment only.

(We will provide exact warehouse address after order confirmation.)

Pickup hours:
Monday–Saturday
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Closed Sunday

How pickup works:

1. Place your order online

2. Choose Pickup at checkout

3. Wait for the “Order Ready for Pickup” confirmation

4. Arrive during pickup hours

5. Check in with your order number

6. Staff will bring your order out

Important:

- Orders must meet the $500 minimum

- Frozen and refrigerated items must be picked up promptly

- Pickup orders not collected within 24 hours may be cancelled or rescheduled
